Meet Elaine
As a seasoned real estate professional and the owner of Coastal Sands Realty. I have more than 25 years in the real estate industry. I started my real estate career at my father's agency and by the age of 23 became a broker. Having had extensive accounting experience I was also the comptroller for an international real estate firm managing and purchasing property investments in the U.S. for foreign investors. Having graduated from the REALTORS National Marketing Institute and obtaining the Certified Residential Specialist designation (C.R.S.) gives me access to buyers outside the local market area through a nationwide referral network and directory. Less than one percent of the local REALTORS have this important credential. |
